- 45 ml Illawarra Plum & Foraged Plumstone Vodka*
- 30 ml Passionfruit & Lemon Myrtle Syrup**
- ½ a lemon, juiced
- 80 ml Usher Tinkler Prosecco

- Lemon myrtle leaf
- Viola tricolour
- Trolley'd lemon myrtle spritz
