Start with the occasion

What would suit your room?

A welcome drink, a hands-on session or a launch with a little theatre. The right format starts with what you want your guests to do.

Make something together

A hosted cocktail experience gives guests something to make and share. Tell us about the group, timing and preferred alcoholic or non-alcoholic format.

Give the launch a focal point

A cockpit DJ installation or trolley configuration brings aviation into the setting. Larger aircraft formats need a separate site and access assessment.

A note for your floor plan

Plan the guest journey. Then place the bar.

Before you choose a configuration, walk through the event from your guests’ point of view.

  1. Start at the entrance

Make the bar easy to find, with room for arrivals, conversation and the route to the food.

  2. Think in moments

Welcome drinks, speeches and cocktail sessions have different service needs. Share the run sheet or timings you have.

  3. Check the route in

Doorways, lifts, loading access and weather affect what fits. Requirements must be checked with your venue for the chosen setup.

How the enquiry works

A brief first. A plan from there.

  1. Send what you know

Share your company, contact details, city and date, or select “Date not confirmed yet”. Guest numbers and a budget guide help us understand the brief.

  2. Work through the fit

Discuss the occasion, service and venue requirements. A call time and event availability are agreed separately.

  3. Review the scope

For a suitable brief, review a written proposal covering the service, inclusions, responsibilities and price. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Before you enquire

Do you supply or organise the venue?

No. You arrange the venue; Trolley’d brings the agreed hospitality service. If you are still choosing a venue, tell us the city and what you are considering.

Do we need an aircraft installation?

No. Airline trolley bars and hosted cocktail experiences are options in their own right. A cockpit or larger aircraft installation is a separate scope, subject to site suitability and availability.

How is the price worked out?

The format, menu, service time, crew and logistics shape the quote. An indicative budget helps narrow the recommendation. Final inclusions and terms belong in the written proposal.

Can we include non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes. Tell us what your guests need so non-alcoholic options can be considered alongside the cocktail menu or experience.

What about venue and procurement requirements?

Share your venue’s supplier requirements and approval deadlines early. Access, licensing responsibilities, documentation and setup timings need to be checked for the specific event.
