Premium Hospitality Installations for Corporate & Incentive Events

At AIME 2026, Trolley’d was engaged to elevate the Hosted Buyer Lounge from a hospitality zone into a destination.

Not a bar placement. An installation.

Over two days at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, our aircraft cockpit DJ booth and signature airline trolley bar anchored a fully immersive hospitality experience designed for international Hosted Buyers, corporate decision makers, and event professionals.

This is how we did it.

The Objective

The Hosted Buyer Lounge needed to:

Create a premium atmosphere without disrupting conversation

• Offer high-volume, high-quality beverage service

• Signal ESG alignment

• Deliver visual impact worthy of international delegates

• Encourage organic social amplification

The brief was not about drinks. It was about environment, perception, and positioning.

The Installation Strategy

Spatial Anchor

The aircraft cockpit DJ booth became the focal point — elevated, directional, instantly recognisable. The lounge became a destination.

Controlled Energy

Music was curated to lift the room without overpowering conversation. Atmosphere without chaos.

High-Volume Execution

Engineered for speed and consistency, the system delivered up to 1,500 premium samples across two days — without bottlenecks.

Embedded Sustainability

Native botanicals and low-waste execution reinforced ESG alignment through design, not slogans.

Designed for Amplification

Visually distinctive by intent, the installation drove photography, social sharing, sponsor visibility, and increased dwell time.

Measurable Impact

• Up to 1,500 cocktails served
• Two full days of continuous activation
• High engagement from international Hosted Buyers
• Organic content capture across multiple delegates
• Strong post-event interest from corporate event planners

This installation demonstrated that hospitality, when executed as design, drives attention and conversation.

Why This Matters for Corporate Events

Most trade show lounges look the same. Furniture. Coffee machine. Branded pull-up.

AIME 2026 proved something different:

Experiential installations create:

• Increased dwell time
• Enhanced sponsor alignment
• Premium brand perception
• Organic content creation
• Memorability in competitive environments

If you are hosting:

• A corporate conference
• An incentive program
• A product launch
• A sponsored trade show lounge
• A major business event

Then hospitality should not be an afterthought. It should be architecture.

Final Thought

AIME 2026 was not about serving cocktails.

It was about redefining what hospitality looks like inside a business event environment. When hospitality becomes installation, attention follows.

If your event requires more than background service, we design hospitality environments that anchor space, elevate perception, and scale operationally.
