Private experiences shaped by place.
Wylde Systems creates private stays and hosted experiences for private groups, founders and leadership teams. Each stay is shaped around the people coming. Deliberate hosting, seasonal food at a shared table, privacy and time left unprogrammed give the visit its pace. The programme is discussed with the group, including where botanical hospitality and other specialists fit.

A centrepiece of the activation
The wildfood botanical walk.
Before the sunset cocktails, there was the walk. During the March 2026 activation, guests joined Trolley’d among the trees at Lake David, stopping to look closely at the plants growing around them. Leaves, aromas and conversation brought the landscape into focus.
That encounter is central to Trolley’d’s botanical hospitality: attention to what grows here, its season and its place in the landscape. The walk gave the day a connection to the ground beneath it, before the group gathered for drinks.
Our field notes continue that exploration, documenting both potential ingredients and plants with other ecological roles. Future walks are arranged within the programme agreed with Wylde Systems.
Botanical hospitality by Trolley’d
The drinks, built for the place and the season.
Where Trolley’d is engaged within a Wylde Systems programme, it brings the drinks practice it has developed since 2012. Native and regional ingredients with stated provenance. Botanical cocktails composed for the setting, the season and the group, rather than lifted from an event list. A non-alcoholic offer developed with the same care as the cocktails, because not drinking should not mean a lesser glass.
Preparation is done ahead, so service is quiet. Trolley’d brings the production and service experience it has developed across corporate, private and destination work.
Drinks are paced to the guest experience. They sit between the landscape and the table, marking the move from the day into the evening, with temperature, light and timing held steady so the group notices the place rather than the bar.

Wylde Systems scopes and quotes each experience for the group. Choose a private stay, an offsite or a hosted day.

Private Group Stay
Two nights for four to six friends or family, with the whole property to yourselves.

Executive and Founder Offsite
Two nights or more for up to eight guests, each with their own room. Time together for a leadership team, with space between working sessions.

Hosted Day Experience
A half or full day for up to 24 guests, with your group only. A hosted experience within a longer itinerary, without an overnight stay.

The flagship host place
Lake David at Lake Yarrunga.
Lake David is a private property in Kangaroo Valley, on the water at Lake Yarrunga. Open pasture runs down towards the lake, forest rises to the escarpment behind, and on cold mornings mist sits in the valley until the sun reaches it. The landscape does most of the work: distance from the usual noise, weather that changes the pace, and enough space for people to be alone within the same place.
Privacy is built into the hosting, with room for shared time and space to step away. Access and the details of each stay or programme are arranged with Wylde Systems.

A weekend, in Giulia’s words.
A private pilot was delivered at Lake David on 18 and 19 July 2026. Trolley’d provided botanical hospitality and Moonacres provided dinner. This was a pilot, not a full-price retail booking. Those partners are credited for that delivery; future involvement is agreed for each programme.

No. Wylde Systems is a separate business. Trolley’d provides botanical hospitality within selected programmes and retains its own brand, recipes, equipment and systems.
