A Night of Art and Elegance: The Art Hunter & Jaguar C-X17 Launch

Picture this: a 500m² warehouse in Alexandria, metamorphosed into a pulsating art gallery. It’s opening night for The Art Hunter and Jaguar C-X17 concept launch, orchestrated by the inimitable Bill from The Cool Hunter alongside The Artistry. Amidst the vibrant hues splashed by Taubmans, 400 guests marvelled at masterpieces by local virtuosos such as C.J. Hendry, #thewriting, Hollie Martin, and Oliver Tanner.

Culinary Alchemy by Studio Neon

The culinary wizards from Studio Neon, Aaron Teece and Richy Chefron, conjured a feast for the senses. Imagine Warholesque Campbell’s soup cans brimming with fermented tomato gazpacho and prawn, edible flowers served in pots, and bone marrow tartare – a testament to their avant-garde vision.

Cocktails That Dazzled

And then there was us, Trolley'd, weaving our mixological magic. We served three show-stopping cocktails:

  1. Strawberry Gum Blush - Organic strawberries from the highlands blended with Egyptian Ice Tea from Tea Craft, lemon, and Bombay Sapphire, finished with a Lantana mist.
  2. Smoked Local Honey Margarita - Local honey from Kings Cross, spiced with native Pepperberry and Wattleseed, shaken with Milagro tequila and lime.
  3. Lemon Myrtle Sherbet Fizz - Lemon Myrtle Sherbet mixed with fresh lemon, Grey Goose Vodka, and garnished with Bottle Brush.

A Night to Remember

The night was a symphony of art, flavour, and elegance. Collaborating with these visionary artists and chefs was an absolute pleasure, each bringing a touch of the extraordinary to every element of the event. Here’s to the next chapter of creativity and collaboration.
