A Night of Art and Elegance: The Art Hunter & Jaguar C-X17 Launch

Envision an expansive 500m² warehouse in Alexandria, transformed into a vibrant art gallery for the night. This event marked the grand opening of The Art Hunter and the launch of the Jaguar C-X17 concept, masterfully orchestrated by Bill from The Cool Hunter and The Artistry. The space, animated with vivid colors supplied by Taubmans, hosted 400 guests who admired the exceptional artworks of noted local artists like C.J. Hendry, #thewriting, Hollie Martin, and Oliver Tanner.

Culinary Alchemy by Studio Neon

Artful dining met pioneering culinary vision with Aaron Teece and Richy Chefron of Studio Neon at the helm. They expertly crafted a menu that delighted the senses, featuring imaginative dishes such as Warhol-esque Campbell’s soup cans filled with fermented tomato gazpacho and prawn, edible flowers artistically presented in pots, and bone marrow tartare—each dish a bold statement of their avant-garde approach to cuisine.

Cocktails That Dazzled

The mixologists from Trolley'd added their enchanting touch, serving three extraordinary cocktails that captivated the attendees. These included:

  • Strawberry Gum Blush - Fresh organic strawberries merged beautifully with Egyptian Ice Tea from Tea Craft, with hints of lemon and Bombay Sapphire, all enhanced by a spritz of Lantana mist.
  • Smoked Local Honey Margarita - Local honey from Kings Cross infused with native Pepperberry and Wattleseed, vigorously shaken with Milagro tequila and lime to create this smoky delight.
  • Lemon Myrtle Sherbet Fizz - A refreshing concoction of Lemon Myrtle Sherbet perfectly balanced with crisp lemon, Grey Goose Vodka, elegantly garnished with Bottle Brush.

A Night to Remember

This event was a true symphony of art, flavor, and elegance, showcased through seamless collaboration among visionary artists and culinary experts. It was our pleasure at Trolley'd to contribute our mixed cocktails expertise to such an illustrious gathering, augmenting every aspect of this memorable evening. Here's looking forward to further inspiring collaborations in the realms of art and innovation.
