Lemon myrtle, quandong, riberry, Illawarra plum, and other native ingredients are worked into cocktail menus that reflect season, place, and story. Do you provide cocktail catering?
Yes. Trolley’d designs and delivers full cocktail catering programs as part of every deployment, including custom menus, seasonal sourcing, foraged native ingredients, low-waste preparation, and non-alcoholic cocktails.
The difference is that the cocktail program is not bolted on after the bar is booked. It is part of the full hospitality experience.

Can Trolley’d serve beer, wine, and sparkling?
Yes, where the event format suits it. We deploy curated beer, wine, and sparkling selections, typically Australian, often regional, and chosen to match the cocktail program.
This works best when beer, wine, and sparkling support the cocktail-led experience rather than turning the event into generic drinks service.

Do you offer non-alcoholic cocktails?
Yes. Non-alcoholic cocktails are built with the same craft as the alcoholic program: seasonal ingredients, native botanicals, in-house syrups, and matching presentation. They are a serious inclusion for sober-curious guests, dry events, daytime activations, and inclusive corporate functions.
