We're very pleased to have a sensational poster put together by the ever talented Mel Pragassen.

On Thursday the 8th of July we setup our first bar as sponsorship for Gallery 2010 in Reservoir St Surry Hills.
The exhibition was an opening for street artist Skulk, and there was a great turnout for a great up and coming street artist.
For further Gallery 2010 exhibitions check out their website below or stay tuned to our Facebook page...
On Saturday the 24th of August Trolley'd put on a Cocktail Masterclass at Workshop in Chippendale. Rum was the showcase and the goal was to pimp out everybody's in-home cocktail service and skills.
With thanks to Chairman's Reserve we made 3 cocktails, gave a little cocktail history and entertainment to boot.
We had a great turnout with a wealth of knowledge learnt. The cocktail making class found themselves ready to take on Saturday night with full zest.
Watch this space as this was our second Workshop and we look to be a regular fixture on the Workshop calendar. Check out their website for more info on their fun short courses on life skills at their Chippendale pad.
On Saturday the 10th of August we mixed cocktails to help raise money for 'Fighting Chance' at their annual dinner.
Fighting Chance Australia is a youth-led not for profit organisation based in Sydney that works with and for young people with physical disabilities.
Their vision is to create a world for people with disabilities where each individual lives a life without limits.
The event was a huge success thanks mainly to the great organisation of Laura O'Reilly, we look forward to helping with such a great cause in the future.
Trolley'd bartenders Christopher Thomas & Byron Woolfrey regularly attend the local Grower's markets selling non-alcoholic drinks made from local organic and native Australian ingredients.
This has been a great way for the boys to try out new combinations and get great feedback from customers so as they can refine their drinks to everybody's palates.
Getting up nice and early, the markets are a great way to meet a lot of other local producers, and make more contacts so as the Trolley'd drinks consistently use the best quality produce available, always staying market fresh.
Markets so far attended have been Double Bay on a Thursday morning, the SMH Pyrmont Grower's markets on the first Saturday of the month and Bondi Grower's market every other Saturday.
A 500m2 warehouse in Alexandria was converted into an art gallery using vivid colours from exhibition sponsor Taubmans.
The catering was taken care of by the ever talented boys at Studio Neon, Aaron Teece and Richy Chefron. With treats such as Warholesque Campbell's soup in a can containing fermented tomato gazpacho & prawn, as well as edible flowers in a pot and bone marrow tartare. It was a great pleasure working with these guys again as their food and vision is always next level.
The cocktails we served on the evening were:
Lemon Myrtle Sherbet Fizz - Lemon Myrtle Sherbert mixed with fresh lemon, Grey Goose Vodka & garnished with Bottle Brush

Last week we mixed cocktails for the Inaugural Taste of Coogee Festival.
Here we setup our bar on the grassy knoll next to the beach, carried our first class chairs down there and banged out Rock 'n' Roll from our Jambox while mixing tasty boozy refreshments.
It was a great day all round, well organised, reminiscent of events in the old days where you could just wonder from the beach or the shops and have a drink or something to eat without being hassled by security guards, high fences and a whole heap of red tape.
It was great listening to the Martini Club bang out beats to the sunset, then the wind came and blew everybody away to recovery. Let's hope this keeps up and it stays easy for punters to have fun.
On Wednesday the 30th we wheeled the trolleys up to setup a mobile bar offering shots to the Yelp Elite contributors.
The event was held at the WeCo cooperative workplace in Edgecliff, a great creative space with some open minded individuals.
Here we infused Vodka for the event, using mandarin leaves from our garden, last season's dried peach stones and a little bit of foraged Blue Flux Lilly. Ben from Yelp put together his own concoctions, chilli infused butterscotch schnapps, as well as bacon infused vodka.
On Halloween we setup the VIP cocktail bar for the Boohoo Social Diary Halloween Party at Bungalow 8 in Darling Harbour.
Mixing around 500 drinks the theme was 'What Are You Afraid Of?' and everybody dressed to impress. There was Ghosts, Ghouls, Miley Cyrus' and even some guy who dressed up like Guy Sebastian and got up to sing.
A smashing party well organised by the PR Queen Tiffany Farrington, look forward to getting involved down the track...
