Ingredients:

5g freeze dried Illawarra Plum or Riberries

100g sugar or a sugar free alternative

200ml filtered water

7g TeaCraft Egyptian Ice Tea

2 Cups of ice

Utensils:

Bowl | Spoon | Small saucepan | Jar or Bottle

 

Step 1

Combine tea and ice in a bowl or a jug, allow ice to melt.

 


STEP 2

In a pot, bring Illawarra Plums, sugar and water to the boil.

Step 3

Reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.


Step 4

Strain tea, and combine with Illawarra Plum syrup. Pour into a sterilised jar or bottle, and refrigerate for future use.
